Privacy Policy

Zenith Insights is an invite-only Notification of Foreign Actions (NFA) and Regulatory Intelligence platform operated by ZenithPV for its pharmacovigilance clients. This page describes the personal information we handle when you use the marketing site or the application.

Who this applies to

The platform is not public. There is no self-serve signup. Access is by invitation: ZenithPV operators (Superadmins, Managers, and Custom users) and people at client pharmaceutical companies (Clients). A Client belongs to one organization, which is the company, not the person.

Information we collect

For an invited user we keep what we need to run the account: name, email address, organization membership, platform role, authentication data (including multi-factor authentication), language preference, and session records.

For each organization we also store the product keywords that organization monitors, match results from scheduled scans of public regulatory sources (for example Health Canada, EMA, and FDA), and notifications about those matches.

On the marketing site we may store a locale preference and a consent cookie. Login uses a session cookie.

We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, keep organizations isolated from each other, run NFA matching against the keywords configured for your organization, send alerts, and operate the service for ZenithPV staff and invited clients.

Source material we scan is already published by regulatory authorities. Product keywords stay inside the organization they belong to.

Sharing

Personal information stays with ZenithPV and the processors we use to host the service, authenticate users, send email, and store files. We do not share one organization's data with another. We may disclose information if required by law.

Requests

We keep account and organization data while the organization is on the platform, and for a limited period after access ends if we need it for security or operations. To ask about, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, use zenithpv.ca/en/contact.
