These terms cover use of Zenith Insights, the invite-only NFA and Regulatory Intelligence platform operated by ZenithPV.

Access

The service is not a public product. You may use it only if ZenithPV has invited you and created an account. There is no public registration. Multi-factor authentication is required.

A Client is a person at a pharmaceutical company and belongs to one organization. Operators (Superadmins, Managers, and Custom users) are ZenithPV staff, not employees of the client company.

Use of the service

Use the service only for the pharmacovigilance work it is provided for: reviewing NFA matches, dashboards, alerts, and, when available, regulatory intelligence briefs for your organization.

Do not try to access another organization's data, share login credentials, disable required authentication, or republish match data outside your organization.

What the output is

Matches come from scheduled scans of public regulatory sources, using one product keyword and one safety keyword in the same article, against a reporting window set for your organization. A match is an operational signal. It is not legal advice, a regulatory filing, or a guarantee that every relevant action has been found.

When Regulatory Intelligence briefs are offered, ZenithPV reviews them before they are published to an organization.

Confidentiality

Product keywords, match lists, and organization membership are confidential to that organization and to the ZenithPV operators assigned to it.
